Lazy is as lazy does...

OMG!!!!! Well I have been having a nice sweet relaxing time until now ... and being asked softly to put in
more effort in my work place was
really a surprise to me.. and was angry at first . My mind went skeltering to the
most negative scenario... my boss wants me to resign on my own, my colleague is backstabbing me, et ce tra. Talked to some friends and yes they agreed with me giving me the support I wanted but then one friend scolded
me for being so negative and ooops being childish too!!!

Dang .. my blood wanted to run high!!! But then I composed myself, stop for a sec and start to think on how to have Gratitude in this situation. And I did some intensive inner dialogue and yah I have to admit that I have been lazing around in the office doing nothing acting busy and have learnt nothing all this time and realisation hit me that I HAVE been wasting precious time playing around and lazing around. Its not about anything but my laziness ... I should have been self-learning all this time. and It has to come to this situation that I am approached by the Boss saying hey what have you been doing? Anyway its embarrassing but I do really need to do some work ... Hey I am grateful for that friend who scolded me that am being very negative and childish and lazy.......

I should have been using all that time to self-learned. Actually I did start some while ago but never continued ... ahhh me lazy bum have to work some hard ...

Motivating Forces.

“There are two basic motivating forces: fear and love. When we are afraid, we pull back from life. When we are in love, we open to all that life has to offer with passion, excitement, and acceptance. We need to learn to love ourselves first, in all our glory and our imperfections. If we cannot love ourselves, we cannot fully open to our ability to love others or our potential to create. Evolution and all hopes for a better world rest in the fearlessness and open-hearted vision of people who embrace life.”
John Lennon

Living Life ... Opening up to all the possibilities including being hurt .... but best of all to be able to receive Love.. How to receive? by being Grateful for all the Love that is around us , we have to notice and tp accept and to receive the Love around us.

“Piglet noticed that even though he had a Very Small Heart, it could hold a rather large amount of Gratitude.”

I have practised Gratitude Living for the past 2 months. Everyday being grateful it was very hard at first then it started to get easier and easier daily.  Not to fear but to Love ... Gratitude ...
